Kentucky.gov Newsroom Publisher- Editing Newsroom Content

Kentucky.gov Newsroom Publishers have the ability to grant access to their newsroom and edit contact information for their agency's newsroom.
To Grant Access to a Newsroom:
1. Select "Users" from the options on the left-hand side of the Newsroom screen.  You will need the user's Kentucky.gov user login to create the user.  
2. You may then provide access to this user as either a 'Publisher' or an 'Author'.  
  • An Author can create a press release, edit and save it.
  • A Publisher has full administration rights to press releases and can publish the release.
To Add Contacts to a Newsroom:
1. Select "Contact" from the left-hand side of the Newsroom screen.
2. Enter the name and contact information you would like to be auto-populated in releases for this contact.
  • If you wish to associate multiple contacts to a release, you may add a new contact to your newsroom and list the multiple contacts as an individual contact.
